How the process works
Facilitating connections between customers and content creators is at the heart of TUW’s process. Of course, it all begins with the customer, who goes to the platform to post a project (which may consist of words, images, or a combination of these).
The customer can then browse the profiles of TUW content creators and choose which one to work with. Once a content creator has been chosen, the pair can shoot ideas back and forth to achieve the desired output.
This customer-content creator interaction is made easier by TUW’s project management features. The platform enables all parties to exchange feedback, track key dates, and keep tabs on progress with little to no hassle. It also sends email notifications so that everyone stays on the same page.
There’s another way in which TUW lends a helping hand. Before any project is marked as complete, its quality assurance team steps in and makes sure that the content meets the platform’s “internal quality standard.” Translation: TUW refuses to let any customer be short-changed. (To put it another way, TUW won’t suffer content creators who give the job less than their best.)
Once the quality assurance team signs off on the project, the customer finally gets to download the finished product. At this point, the content creator can pat themselves on the back for a mission accomplished.
