During Folliard’s stint at the helm (which lasted from 2006 to 2016), the total number of CarMax stores across the U.S. grew to 160. By the time he stepped down, the company was generating $15 billion in annual revenue and $623 million in net earnings.

Through the years, CarMax has proven itself to be more than just a financial juggernaut. From the standpoint of employees, the company has also been an A+ performer. As a remote customer service representative, you’ll be tasked with the following:

  • Engage with customers via phone and online communication channels.
  • Provide detailed information when customers inquire about CarMax products.
