What do you need to register?
You will be hired as an independent contractor. This means you will be required to have a social security number or a valid tax ID number for the background check, which costs $30 and is valid for three years.

Working hours will vary depending on your schedule, performance, and clients. Most S&E contractors start with at least 15 hours per week, and some are required to work on weekends.

Call center work often requires telemarketing and cold calling, but as part of the S&E team, you will provide customer service and technical support to Fortune 150 and Fortune 500 companies within various industries, including medical, cable communications, energy, retail, and cruise line.
