In order to become a full-time virtual assistant for BBE Marketing, you should be open to working from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST. Do take note that there will be instances when you’re asked to work on weekends. There might also be times when you’ll have to put in 50+ hours of work in a single week.

To thrive in this position, you must have strong communication skills (particularly in terms of writing). You need to be detail-oriented, highly organized, and good at time management. You are also expected to be a critical thinker who can generate solutions in complex situations.
