Your responsibilities

What exactly will you be doing as a data entry specialist at BuzzFeed?

If you are hired, your daily tasks will include collecting, managing, and organizing data, mainly stage bookings and service deployment. You will also keep track of and maintain inventories and systems. You will work closely with the Creative and Studio Services team in regard to bookings, scheduling, service requests, and any updates to stage assignments. 

Last but not least, you will work with the internal data team and ensure data maintenance best practices are followed and the data is free from error.

Qualifications

To apply as a data entry specialist at BuzzFeed, you will need to have:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Office Suite
  • Excellent typing skills 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Other preferred qualifications include experience in supply chain operations and working with Airtable.
